I love the walk in clinics at Bartells for treating acute needs not requiring hospitalization. I love the ability to access the providers via email. I like the ability to self refer to specialties. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have called Kaiser to try and get an appointment with my doctor Dr. Dick Hoistad as he was my Otolarangologist and cannot make an appointment. I was moved to 4 different people with absolutely no help at all. So, I looks like he cannot accept any new or old patients unless you belong to Group Health/Kaiser, which I would never do.June 19, 2017by Sharon McConville
