- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a patient at Eastside for several years. Rarely did I have to go see a doctor. I have recently transfered my care away from Eastside, specifically Linda Fluke. She refused to call me to follow-up on my care, and insisted that I come in for a visit. (With no change in my status.) Tried to state it was policy. (I had the same situation 2 years prior and had to see another physician there as Linda had not been available.) I had received a telephone follow-up then, but although she stated there was no change in policy, had no answer for this.. Linda refused to call me directly after multiple requests and had to talk first with the assistants relaying back anf forth and later with the office manager Katie. I ended up having to come in for a 5 minute conversation over MRI results. What a waste of my time and money. I feel there was no reason for this and they only wanted to be able to bill for the visit.December 30, 2016by A Google User
