- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Reinke is awesome. Listened very well, was kind, compassionate, thoughful. Treated me like a real person. He included my family in our discussions. The man saved my life!! I will always be greatful to him for that. He was excellent at telling and explaining to me about the the good as well as the bad outcomes of treatment. He has a dry sence on humor but if you get that he is very funny. He values family very much which I see as a very good sign of character. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was rushed to Overlake Hospital because of what Doctors found to be that my gallbladder died inside of my body and needed to be removed pretty quickly. Dr. Reinke was the surgeon on call and came in as soon as he was able to speak with me. He could see that I was very nervous and was direct and informative about the procedure he would perform. He did not leave any guess work...I knew exactly what I was in for (potential risks and ideal scenario). I had very minimal pain after my surgery and he released me the day following the surgery. The pain medication he gave me to take home was more than enough to resolve any pain I did have. I only had to take the pain meds for a couple of days before the pain was so slight that I didn't need it anymore. It has now been about a week and a half since my surgery and will go in today for a follow-up visit with him. Everything seems to have healed up quite well and I am feeling back to normal again now. I cannot thank Dr. Reinke enough for helping me through this scary time in my life. His confidence made me feel like I could trust him. It is hard to trust someone who will be cutting open your body but he made me feel like it was going to be ok (even if complications arose) and it all turned out just fine. If I ever need surgery again, I am glad to know that Dr. Reinke is there to save lives.January 05, 2017by Christy Pacheco
